Our grades of silicone rubber are formulated to operate at extreme temperatures of -60°C to +250°C making them suitable for sealing solutions in applications involving elevated temperatures such as engine gaskets, heating & ventilation systems and LED lighting/display systems.
Our silicone compounds are durable and are resistant to weathering and environmental factors such as UV, Ozone and rain. Silicone also maintains its flexibility at sub-zero temperatures. This allows seals to continue to function during adverse conditions, keeping electrical and lighting systems protected from water and dust. When designed and tested for specific applications, silicone seals can achieve IP66 ratings.
