Viking Extrusions is a dynamic specialist manufacturer of silicone products, located in Worthing, West Sussex. We have been serving worldwide customers for over 30 years now with profiles and components that are both complex and diverse. We pride ourselves on the knowledge and expertise that is available in-house, accumulated through years of prototyping and development work.

We attained ISO9001 certification in 1998 and ISO14001 certification in 2023. We have progressively moved into the supply of high-tech industries. We are currently involved in projects both at home and overseas supplying aerospace, mass transit, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Our factory is conveniently located close to Worthing railway station, a few minutes from the busy A27 coastal arterial road.

Our History

Viking Extrusions was Incorporated on 1^st August 1991. Below are Directors Rob and Pete moving into the Ford Lane Industrial Estate unit. Viking’s first home.

Ford Lane Industrial Estate 1993 – Viking now 2 years old with just two extruders in the fleet of machines. 1994 would see the company move to Worthing.

Ivy Arch Road 1998, the outside may look much the same, however inside has undergone many changes over the years. The unit seemed vast at the time but has quickly been filled to accommodate additional production processes
